DRU Yoga Community Class with Ruth Gent

Ruth is an experienced Dru Yoga Trainer and a facilitator in the field of personal development. She integrates her many skills to help others to grow and find inner peace. In this class we take a magical adventure into the field of our subtle energy layers in a methodical and grounded way.
Dru yoga is an all-inclusive and trauma sensitive form of Yoga, often referred to as “Yoga of the Heart” as inspired by bhakti yoga. Dru’s unique Energy Block Release Sequences go beyond the physical benefits of yoga into an awareness of prana. Ruth is currently offering subtle energetics training which consciously moves prana itself, the force that conducts the thread of consciousness through all layers of awareness.

This generous donation will mean we can buy new yoga equipment, run a new yoga class in Broome, and enhance our meditation program for cancer patients and their primary carers.

Cancer Council Western Australia

Sending out gratitude to the Yoga for Good Foundation.

Their grant is enabling me to offer FREE trauma informed therapeutic movement and relaxation to frontline mental health and social services staff in Bega.

Participants are really valuing the time out for themselves and experiencing integrated poly vagal theory. And I get to be in a teaching space, yay!
