Nid Ra provides a calm, supportive space for those seeking clarity, healing and renewal. Through meditation, movement and guided practices, she helps individuals reconnect with themselves in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

With support from a YFG grant, Nid is offering a self-paced course, Living in Deep Rest, delivered via the App Nids Nidra. The course is designed to help reclaim energy and inner peace.

 

Expanding access to healing practices

With a strong foundation in both yoga and technology, Nid Ra is uniquely positioned to share her work on a global scale. Her expertise allows her to create accessible, high-quality digital offerings that reach people beyond physical borders.

“In this self-paced course, you’ll restore your energy and embrace a natural state of calm with quick 3-5 minute practices designed to bring deep presence to everyday moments. Delivered through the Nid’s Nidra App, lessons are just 15 minutes long, giving you tools to respond to life with ease, stay grounded and take meaningful action – even on the go. These techniques awaken the yoga nidra state of being, guiding you beyond relaxation into your authentic self and the liberating path of mukti-hetu”

…allows us to reach more underserved and vulnerable community groups who can benefit from a trauma-informed yoga and embodied mindfulness practice at zero cost to the participants.

Some of the community groups we’ll be serving in the current months include 000 Foundation, Men’s Walk and Talk and WAGEC.
