Garuda Garry Gaffney

The Heaven Earth Sadhana

Garuda Garry Gaffney is a long-time practitioner with over 60 years of experience in yoga and meditation. His work draws from traditional Tantric practices, making them accessible to modern students while preserving their depth and authenticity. Through his teachings, Garuda continues to refine and share meditation techniques that foster inner peace, self-awareness and spiritual connection.

With support from a YFG grant, Garuda has developed The Heaven and Earth Sadhana, an eight-week meditation course designed for intermediate and advanced practitioners.

A new approach to meditation

This program simplifies and adapts traditional Tantric methods, including candle gazing and breath awareness, into a structured format that can be practised at home. Delivered as a digital download with follow-up support, the course introduces a fresh way to engage with meditation, with guidance and flexibility for deeper exploration.

Garuda plans to offer The Heaven and Earth Sadhana course up to twice per financial year. With no cost barriers, participants receive comprehensive guidance, follow-up support and detailed documentation, allowing them to deepen their meditation practice with clarity and confidence.
