Join Amy for a nurturing practice and experience the healing qualities of yoga and mindful movement with an invitation to connect with the breath. We focus on noticing the sensations of the body and making choices that are right for us in the present moment. Feel the regulation of the nervous system by moving into shapes that open and release big emotions held in the mind and body. This class is a wholesome stretch of the muscles and exercise of the joints to bring calm and peace throughout.
