Yoga for the Soul Retreats, positive mental mindset for emotional resilience

Chetana is the Founder of Yoga for the Soul Retreats. She received a YFG grant to sustain her yoga and meditation offerings and develop an online platform to include an emotional resilience-building program for women. She dedicates herself to the teachings and practices of yoga and meditation as tools to assist in good health, self-discovery, transformation and empowerment.

Drawing on her extensive experience in both overseas and local travel, Satyananda yoga and meditation, as well as organising Yoga for the Soul retreats, Chatana aims to promote positive mental health. Her approach incorporates all traditional branches of yoga, including the yoga of sound, within an ever-evolving and practical framework for overall wellbeing.

‘Unleash Your Potential,’ a coaching and mentoring program by world-renowned mental fitness expert Shirzad Chamine, along with special guidance for women from Chetana, the science of positive intelligence can bring the change you seek.

This online program enhances emotional stability and reduces stress, anxiety and overwhelmingness in just 15 minutes a day. Forge a deeper self-connection, uncover meaningful purpose and make healthier life choices by breaking free from sabotaging thoughts and behaviours.

Divine suite of offerings

Chetana’s suite of offerings also includes a Sleep Easy program with tips and tricks to get back on track with your nighttime rest, described as:

“Divine, thank you.”

The Yoga and Meditation Re-set aligns the body, mind and spirit. Yoga to balance and connect you with your strengths is a useful program at any time of the year and is very popular with yoga tools to enhance your daily practice.

“I love this guided course, it really helps to have someone guide you by making you write down your desires and needs and how to get there. Plus, I love the yoga! Didn’t realise how stiff I’d become. I highly recommend this course.”

Yoga for the Soul Retreat’s teachings provide tools that you can easily integrate into daily life. Chetana is welcoming and provides a supportive and non-competitive environment, enabling people from all walks of life to enjoy and benefit from yoga.
