Chetana is the Founder of Yoga for the Soul Retreats. She received a YFG grant to sustain her yoga and meditation offerings and develop an online platform to include an emotional resilience-building program for women. She dedicates herself to the teachings and practices of yoga and meditation as tools to assist in good health, self-discovery, transformation and empowerment.
Drawing on her extensive experience in both overseas and local travel, Satyananda yoga and meditation, as well as organising Yoga for the Soul retreats, Chatana aims to promote positive mental health. Her approach incorporates all traditional branches of yoga, including the yoga of sound, within an ever-evolving and practical framework for overall wellbeing.
